Survivin和Caspase-3在胃间质瘤中的表达及意义

目的研究Survivin和Caspase-3在胃间质瘤中表达情况及临床意义。方法用免疫组化法检测57例胃间质瘤和相应的56例光镜下阴性切缘组织及10例正常胃组织的Survivin和Caspase-3的表达情况，并进行相关的研究。结果胃间质瘤中Survivin表达呈核型和核浆型，阳性率为75．4％，胃间质瘤的光镜下阴性切缘组织为3．6％，正常胃组织无表达；胃间质瘤中Caspase-3表达呈浆型，阳性率为33．3％，胃间质瘤的光镜下阴性切缘组织为82．1％，正常胃组织为80．0％。结论Survivin在胃间质瘤中表达明显高于正常组织，与核分裂象和危险度正相关，可望作为一预后因素；Caspase-3在胃间质瘤中的表达明显低于正常组织；Survivin可能通过抑制Caspase-3的表达，从而抑制胃间质瘤的凋亡，这可能在胃间质瘤的发生发展过程中起了作用。

The expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in GST and its significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in Gastric Stromal Tumors(GST) and its significance.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in 57 cases of Gastric Stromal Tumors,56 cases of adjacent normal gastric tissues of Gastric Stromal Tumors and 10 cases of normal gastric tissues.Their relationship and significance were investigated.Results The positive rates of Survivin and Caspase-3 in Gastric Stromal Tumors were 75.4% and 33.3% respectively;whereas in adjacent normal gastric tissues of Gastric Stromal Tumors,the rates were 3.6% and 82.1% respectively;and in normal gastric tissues the rates were 0 and 80.0% respectively.Conclusions The positive expression rates of Survivin in Gastric Stromal Tumors was higher than normal tissues;the positive expression rate of Caspase-3 in Gastric Stromal Tumors was lower than normal tissues;the abnormal expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in Gastric Stromal Tumors and their relationship suggested that Survivin could decrease the apoptosis of Gastric Stromal Tumors by depress the expression of Caspase-3,which may play an important role in the onset and development of Gastric Stromal Tumors.
