| 摘 要： | 经光学显微镜确诊的56例鼻咽活检组织,除2例为分化好的鳞癌外,其余均为分化差的鳞癌。癌细胞在镜电下按形态及超微结构特征,可分为未分化型癌细胞,双相型癌细胞,鳞相型癌细胞及柱相型癌细胞。各型细胞在癌组织中的数量,可作为判断癌组织的分化程度及组织学分型依据,并提出细胞类型与组织发生及组织类型关系的图解。

| Abstract: | Base on the diagnosis of the light microscope, 55 cases of biopsy from NPC patients were examined by TEM. There were only 2 cases of well differentiated squamous carcinoma and the rest were poorly differentiated squamous carcinoma in histomorphology. All of these cancer cells can be divided into four types according to their morphology and ultrastructural characteristics. There were undifferentiated cancer cells, double-phase differentiated cancer cells, squamous phase cancer cells and columnar phase cancer cells. The degree of differentiation of the cancer tissue and the histological pattern were classified by means of determining the amount of various types of cells present in the cancer tissue-The diagram of the relationship among the cell types, histological origin and histological types was presented |
