| 摘 要： | 为比较利培酮与氯氮平对精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效与副反应,应用利培酮与氯氮平治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症各22例,疗程12周,用BPRS、SANS、TESS评定疗效和副反应。结果,利培酮组SANS减分率51.47％,氯氮平组减分率52.36％。提示:利培酮与氯氮平对治疗精神分裂症阴性症状均有一定效果,二者对阴性症状疗效无显著性差异。利培酮副作用发生率较氯氮平少雨轻,安全性高,依从性好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the efficacy and side effects between resperidone and clozapine in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia . Method: twenty two schizophrenc patients with resperidone were compared with twenty two schizophrenicpatients with clozapine for twelve weeks, rating scales such as BPKS. were SANS and TESS were used to evaluating their efficacy and side effects. Results: Respersdone SANS reductive ratio was 51. 47%, clozapine was 52. 36%. Discussion: There was no significant differenc in the efficacy between resperidone and clozapine for negatiue symptoms. Resperidone was a safe and effective drug for schizophrenia. |
