卡马西平对癫痫患儿血脂的影响(附31例报告)

选择仅使用卡马西平治疗 ,且无其他系统疾病及长期服用药物史 ,无代谢性疾病及早期动脉硬化家族史的癫痫患儿 3 1例 ,分别测定治疗前、治疗后 2个月末、6个月末时的血甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、TC/HDL、L DL/HDL,并进行自身的比较。结果 :服用卡马西平后第 2个月末较服用前 TG、TC、LDL 明显增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;服用第 2个月末与第 6个月末 TC、L DL的水平无明显的变化 ,TG在第 6个月末又基本恢复到服药前的水平 ;TC/HDL、LDL/HDL仅在第 6个月末时较服用前有明显增加。认为应用卡马西平治疗超过 6个月时 ,血 TC、LDL、L DL/HDL、TC/HDL 的变化是明显的 ,可能过早的导致动脉粥样硬化

The effect of carbamazepine on the serum lipids of epilepsy children

Treated with only carbamazepine,31 cases of epilepsy children absence of the other system disease,no history of long term medication to treat any other disease and absence of a family history of any other metabolic disease and early atherosclerosis were detected triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),TC/HDL,LDL/HDL before treatment and at the end of the second and sixth months of therapy.The different period data was analyzed by t test.The results showed that the changes in TG,TC and LDL were significantly(P<0.05). They were raised more significantly at the end of second month than that of before treatment; but the changes in the TC,LDL were less significantly at the end of second month than that of sixth month,while TG restored at the end of sixth month.The changes in the TC/HDL ; LDL/HDL were more significantly at end of sixth month, than that of before treatment. This suggested that the changes in the TC,LDL,LDL/HDL and TC/HDL were very clear when the treatment with carbamazepine was over 6 months, which lead early atherosclerosis.
