牙周炎患者的正畸减数治疗及其远期疗效观察

目的 对牙周炎患者进行正畸减数治疗,观察治疗后2～5年的远期疗效.方法 31例牙周炎患者中减数四颗双尖牙的18例,减数两颗上双尖牙和一颗下前牙的6例,减数一颗下前牙的5例,减数四颗第二磨牙的1例,减数三颗双尖牙的1例.观察正畸减数治疗后咬合关系、牙周支持组织健康状况,以及其稳定程度.结果 正畸减数治疗后咬合关系和牙周组织改建良好,疗效保持稳定.结论 牙周炎患者经正畸减数治疗可以达到稳定的远期疗效.

Long-term study of orthodontic extraction-treatment for patients with periodontitis

Objective To evaluate of the long-term stability of the periodontal patients after orthodontic extraction-treatment for 2 ～ 5 years. Methods 18 patients with extraction of 4 premolars; 6 patients with extraction of 2 upper premolars and 1 incisor; 5 patients with extraction of 1 incisor; 1 patient with extraction of 4 second molars; 1 patient with extraction of 3 premolars.Examination on periodontal tissue and orthodontic relapse were undergone to investigate the stability after orthodontic-periodontal treatment and retention. Results Good occlusion and healthy periodontal tissue can be obtained after orthodontic treatment with extraction. Concltsions Longterm stability can obtained after orthodontic treatment with extraction.
