自然气候疗法在疗养医学中的应用

目的 调查我国自然气候资源情况，探讨合理利用疗养气候资源，寻找提高疗养质量的途径。方法 对我国疗养气候资源的状况进行调查，分析不同气候对人体的影响，与疾病康复和治疗方面的关系。结果 我国是多气候的国家，有平原气候、高山气候、海滨气候、森林气候和沙漠气候，各种不同的气候对人体有不同的影响。结论 我国疗养气候资源丰富，良好的气候对疗养员在调节心理平衡、消除疲劳、矫治疾病、增强体质等方面起重要作用，对患有循环、神经、血液、呼吸系统等疾病的患者有较好的治疗和康复作用。

Application of natural climatotherapy in convalescent medicine

Objective To investigate the natural climate source in China, so that study the use of the source, developing convalescent quality. Methods The effect of natural climate source for person were andyaed. Invesigation the features of the various natural climate in China, and to analyse the relation between the source and rehabilitation, and the therapy of disease. Results China is a more climate nation, such as plain climate?mountain climate?seaside climate?forest climate and desert climate. The effect of variety climate for person is different. Conelusion The results suggest that the natural climate source in China are quite rich.
