| 摘 要： | 目的 评价TUVP术后尿管的留置时间对尿道并发症的影响。方法 选择182例前列腺增生行TUVP患者，根据留置尿管的时间长短分为3组，观察术后尿道并发症的发生。结果 A组尿管留置3d，尿道4项并发症膀胱刺激征的发生率最高。结论 TUVP患者术后留置尿管时间为5～7d，尿道并发症的发生率最低。

The Effect of Indwelling Catheter after TUVP on Urethra Syndrome |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the influence of indwelling catheter after TUVP on urethra syndrome.Methods Picking out 182 cases with hyperplasia of prostate,according to the indwelling catheter,dividing them into 3 groups and observing the occurrence of the urethra syndrome.Results Group A got a higher generant rate of syndrome after 3 days of indwelling catheter.Conclusions If the indwelling catheter after TUVP is 5~7 days,the rate of urethra syndrome is the lowest. |
