Ki67与宫颈癌及癌前病变相关性的研究进展

Ki67存在于增殖细胞中,参与驱动细胞周期的调控网络,可以用来识别生长中的正常细胞和肿瘤细胞,评估细胞的增生程度,已成为细胞增殖的标记之一.Ki67在多种肿瘤中均有显著性的改变,不仅在定量分析肿瘤的生长分数、肿瘤的分级、增生程度及预后的预测中有一定的意义,而且能可靠地反映正常和病变的增殖活性,可辅助用于鉴别疾病的良、恶性及选择恶性肿瘤早期诊断治疗方法和评估疗效.Ki67在宫颈低度鳞状上皮内瘤变、重度鳞状上皮内瘤变和浸润性鳞状上皮细胞癌标本中的表达率逐渐增高,提示Ki67表达的变化与宫颈病变的程度有关,且能作为鉴别诊断的有效指标.该文重点综述有关Ki67在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌诊治方面的进展和意义.

Progress in study on relationship between Ki67 and cervical carcinoma and cervical precancerous lessions

As a proliferation marker,Ki67,existing in the proliferating cells,takes part in regulation networks of cell cycles,can distinguish normal and tumor cells and evaluate proliferation of the cells.Many studies showed that expression of Ki67 significantly changes in the tumor cells.So,it not only is of some important significance in quantitative analysis of tumors' growth fraction,grading,proliferation degree and in predicting prognosis of the tumors,but also can reflect proliferation activity of normal cells and the lesions,which is accessorily used to distinguish benign and malignant cervical diseases,select early diagnosting methods and treatment of malignant tumors and evaluate the therapeutic effects.The fact that expression rate of Ki67 in mild squamaous CIN and severe squamaous CIN increases gradually and orderly suggests that changes in expression of Ki67 is associated with severity of cervical lesions and it is regarded as an effective indice of differential diagnosis of cervical lesions.This article mainly reviewed progress in study on significance of Ki67 for diagnosis and treatment of CIN and cervical carcinoma.
