| 摘 要： | 目的：观察养阴活血方治疗糖尿病性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：运用养阴活血方治疗糖尿病性脑梗死30例，并与西药常规治疗本病26例进行对照。分别于治疗前后治疗4周后进行评分，以作治疗前后比较。结果：养阴活血方治疗糖尿病性脑梗死临床疗效。改善临床神经功能缺损程度评分积分，降低空腹血糖等优于西药常规治疗，结论：养阴活血方治疗糖尿病性脑梗死有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To obseve the curative effect of Yangyin Huoxue Fang (YHF) for diabetic cerebral infarction (DCI). Methods: 30 cases of DCI were treated by YHF and 26 cases by routine western medicine as control. The effect was evluated by scoring of symptoms before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: As to the clinical effect, the scoring of neural function and the decrease of fasting blood glucose ,YHF was more effective than routine western medicine. Conclusion: YHF possesses a good curative effect for DCI. |
