广州市845名流动女工对艾滋病的认知、态度和行为的调查

目的了解流动女工艾滋病(AIDS)的基本知识、态度和相关行为,制订切实有效的宣教措施.方法 采用整群随机抽样方法,对广州市1000名流动女工进行自填式问卷调查.了解不同文化程度的流动女工对AIDS的认知率,以及对艾滋病的态度和对性行为的看法.结果流动女工已掌握一定的艾滋病知识,初中及以下文化程度的流动女工对各项AIDS知识的认知率在12.2%～85.2%之间,高中及以上文化程度的流动女工对各项AIDS知识的认知率在14.2%～96.7%之间.结论应在流动女工中开展多种形式性病/艾滋病知识的健康教育.

A Survey of Knowledge,Attitude and Behaviour for AIDS among Mobile Female Worker in Guangzhou

Objective To understand the basic knowledge, attitude and relative behavior for AIDS among mobile female worker and draw up an effective educational method. Methods Using self - designed questionnaires to interview the basic knowledge, attitude and relative behavior for AIDS among 1000 mobile female workers by cluster sampling and to understand the perception rate of AIDS, the attitude to AIDS and the sex behavior between the different education degree. Results The mobile female workers have obtained some knowledge about AIDS. The perception rates of AIDS among the mobile female workers of low education degree are 12. 2% - 85. 2%. The perception rates of AIDS among the mobile female workers of high education degree are 14. 2% - 96. 7%. Conclusion It is a good way to carry out different types health education on AIDS knowledge among the mobile female workers.
