| Abstract: | To find out the best way to improve the nurses' quality in the practice of all-around nursing process. The main experience is to train the nurses at different levels according to the reality of the hospital, and cultivate practical nursing personnel, building up the lofty image of the nurses. We should also make full use of human resources, and find out a way for the hospital to cultivate personnel from our practice. |
