肾细胞癌的外科治疗(附159例报告)

目的 探讨肾细胞癌的诊断利手术治疗.方法 对159例经手术治疗的肾细胞癌资料进行回顾性分析.结果 行肾癌根治术142例,保肾手术16例,姑息性手术1例.其中透明细胞癌104例,嗜色细胞癌16例,混合性腺癌28例,乳头状腺癌6例,集合管癌2例,嫌色细胞癌1例,肉瘤样肾癌2例.130例获得随访.1年和3年生存率分别为93.7%和86.4%.结论 B超和CT是诊断肾细胞癌的重要手段,早期行根治性肾切除术仍是最有效的治疗方法,联合生物治疗是可供选择的治疗方法.

Surgical treatment for renal cell carcinoma (Report of 159 cases)

objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of renal cell carcinoma. Methods Clinical data of 159 cases of patients with renal cell carcinoma treated with surgery from Nov, 1999 to Jan. 2006 were reviewed, Results Radical nephrectomy was carried out for 142cases, Nephron-sparing surgery for 16 cases. Simple nephrectomy for lease. Pathological examination showed that 104 cases were clear cell carcinoma, 16 cases granular cell carcinoma, 28 cases complex of the above two varieties,6 cases papilla adenocaroinoma, 2 cases collecting duct carcinoma, 1 case chromophobe carcinoma and 2 cases saroomatoid carcinoma In this group, 103 cases have been followed up. The 1 year and 3 year survival rates were 93,7% and 86,4% respectively. Con. dusions B-uhrasound and CT were important method for the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. Prompt radical nephrectomy was the most effective treatment, And biotherapy was a selectable treatment,
