白血病患儿陪护者心理状况调查研究

目的探讨白血病患儿陪护者心理状况。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表和访谈的方法对109例观察组白血病患儿陪护者和对照组患儿陪护者进行调查,然后对调查结果进行分析。结果白血病患儿陪护者一般情况中在性别、年龄、与患儿关系和家庭收入等方面存在差别(P<0.01);陪护者存在不同的得知诊断后的最初情绪反应(怀疑、否认;恐惧、悲伤;绝望;无能为力感等)和陪护中面临的压力(来自疾病本身的压力;来自治疗费用的压力和来自未来生活的压力等)两方面的心理状况(P<0.01)。结论通过白血病患儿陪护者心理状况进行调查分析,为下一步采取针对性的心理护理提供初步依据。

Investigation and analysis of psychologic status of the caregivers for the children with leukemia

Objective:To explore psychologic status of the caregivers for the children with leukemia.Methods: A questionnaire of the caregivers for the children with leukemia,which was designed by ourselves,was used in the investigation and open-ended questions were used for interviews,and then the results were analyzed.Results: There were significant differences in general state,such as gender,age,relationship with children,family income,et al among the caregivers(P<0.01).The caregivers had different psychologic status: firstly in the emotional reaction(suspection,denial,fear,grief,despair,helplessness)when told the diagnosis,and secondly,the pressure in care(disease,expense,future life)(P<0.01).Conclusion: The proper nursing intervention on caregivers can provide the basis for further nursing through the investigation and analysis.
