摘    要:目的:建立一种香菇多糖原料药中香菇多糖含量的测定方法。方法:以右旋糖苷为对照品,使用蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定。结果:在右旋糖苷浓度为10.004-50.020ug/ml范围内,625nm处浓度与吸光度线性关系良好,A=0.0183C-0.0019,R=0.9997(n=5),重复性RSD=0.51%(n=6),回收率平均值98.69%,RSD=0.50%(n=6),与以香菇多糖精制品为对照品的测定值对比,结果良好。结论:本法简便、可行、准确,适用于香菇多糖原料药中香菇多糖含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of the Lentinan content in Lentinan API.Method:Determine by anthrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry,taking Dextran as the reference control.Result:In the Dextrane concentration within 10.004-50.020ug/ml,concentration and absorbance showed positive linear relations at 625nm,A=0.0183C-0.0019,R=0.9997(n=5),with the repeatability RSD=0.51%(n=6),average recovery rate reach to 98.69%,RSD=0.50%(n=6).Compared with the result by taking purified Lentinan as the reference control,the result is acceptable.Conclusion:This method is simple,feasible and accurate,therefore it can be used to determine the Lentinan content in Lentinan API.
