军事训练所致髌尖末端病的流行病学调查

目的 :探讨军事训练所致髌尖末端病的发病特点及防治 ,保证部队训练的正常进行。方法 :由具有高、中级技术职务的医务人员组成调查小组 ,对某部 2 783名战士进行流行病学调查 ,采用问卷调查和现场检查的方式 ,对导致该病的致病因素进行分析 ,根据其发病特点制定防治方法。结果 :调查的 2 783人中 ,有 17人患髌尖末端病 ,发病率为 0 .6 1% ,发病特点主要与跑跳训练项目有关 ,采用针对致病因素制定的预防措施 ,于 1年后再次进行该部队 5 82 4人训练伤调查 ,髌尖末端病发病人数为 15人 ,发病率降至 0 .2 6 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :军事训练所致髌尖末端病多由跑跳训练项目所致 ,严重影响部队训练 ,治疗主要采用非手术疗法 ,该病主要以预防为主 ,通过预防干预可使发病率明显下降。

EPIDEMIOLOGY INQUISITION OF PATELLAR TENDON ENTHESIOPATHY IN MILITARY TRAINING

Objective:To investigate the character and prevention of disease and assure the normal process of military training.Methods:The 2?783 soldiers were investigated by means of questionnaire and interview. The nosogenesis were analyzed and the methods of prevention and treatment were made according to the characters of disease.Results:Seventeen of 2?783 soldiers suffered from patellar tendon enthesiopathy. The incidence of disease was 0.61%. The disease was related to the jump and run training. After prevention and treatment for one year, 5?824 soldiers in the same unit were investigated again. Fifteen soldiers suffered from disease. The incidence of disease decreased to 0.26%( P <0.01).Conclusions:Patellar tendon enthesiopathy in military training is caused by jump and run training and the quality of training is badly affected.Primary treatment is non-operative treatment and the prevention is more important. The incidence of disease is put down through the prevention.
