注射成型氧化锆陶瓷预成桩的抗折性能研究

摘    要:目的 比较国产注射成型氧化锆预成桩与进口氧化锆预成桩的抗折性能.方法 将注射成型法制备的国产氧化锆桩(ZP-I)粘固于模拟根管中,上部露出5 mm.对照组进口氧化锆(Cosmopost)桩作同样处理,每组各10支.采用万能试验机对桩的顶端以45°角施加载荷,并对根管桩断裂前承受的最大载荷进行比较.结果 进口氧化锆桩可承受约145N载荷,而国产氧化锆桩可承受约227N的载荷,其抗折性能优于进口氧化锆桩.结论 国产氧化锆桩的抗折性能优于国外同类产品,可以满足临床对力学性能的要求.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the fracture resistance of a new zirconia post prepared by ceramic injection molding technique. Methods Endodontic posts of zirconia (ZP-I,cosmopost,n=10) were cemented to simulated root canals,with 5 mm post head protruding out.
