颈动脉注药治疗脑梗死

摘    要:探讨颈动脉注药治疗脑梗死的康复疗效。选择颈动脉系脑梗死患者190例。随机分为2组。观察组126例采用颈动脉注药治疗;对照组64例采用静脉给药治疗。2组病例治疗前后均进行FIM、Fugl-Meyer和神经功能缺损分治疗后均有改善。但2组间比较差异有显著性,P〈0.001,其中颈动脉注药对脑梗死患者言语功能及步行能力的恢复效果更明显,特别是脑梗死发生〈20d时颈动脉注药治疗是最佳时机。提示:颈动脉注药对脑梗死的康复具有显著疗效。且治疗越早效果越好。

Abstract:The rehabilitation effects of carotid perfusion in the treatment of cerebral infarction was investigated. One hundred and ninety patients with carotidorigin cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n=126) receiving routine therapy and carotid perfusion simultaneously; control group (n=64) receiving routine therapy and venous administration. The patients in the both two groups were subjected to the evaluation of FIM, Fugl Meyer and nerve function disorder degree scale before and after treatment. Among them 60 cases with the hospitalization over 2 months underwent evaluation every 20 days. The results showed that the nerve function disorder, FIM and Fugl Meyer scale in the both two groups were improved after treatment, especially in the observation group ( P <0.001). The carotid perfusion had an obvious effects on the recovery of speaking function and walking ability in the patients with cerebral infarction. The optimal time for carotid perfusion was within 20 days after cerebral infarction.It was suggested that carotid perfusion had an obvious effects on the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction and earlier treatment could obtain better results.
