| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童多动症作业测试方法的临床使用价值。方法抽取临床明确诊断的注意力障碍、多动综合症儿童与正常儿童各76名，按同班级、同性别1：1配对，同时进行儿童多动症作业测试，对结果进行比较。结果注意力正常儿童作业测试中失误明显低于有障碍儿童（P〈0．01）。结论测试提供了客观的检查指标，临床应用与通用诊断方法吻合，具有科学性及客观、实用性，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of operation test on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD）. Methods Matched study （ 1： 1 ） was performed in 76 children with ADHD and 76 controls （ same sex and game class in school）. Operation tests were performed at the same time,and the results were compared. Results The mistakes made by normal children in operating test were significantly lower than that by handicapped children （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The tests provide an impersonal index,and it＇ s results consistent with common diagnostic methods,it is scientific, impersonal,practical and worth popularizing, |
