| 摘 要： | 目的探讨131碘治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床意义。方法对53例甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者进行放射性131碘治疗，治疗前后护理措施，包括心理和饮食等护理以及随访。结果131碘治疗12个月后，临床治愈39例（73．58％），缓解10例（18．87％），无效4例（7．55％），总有效率92．45％。结论高质量的护理对于安全和有效地开展131碘治疗甲状腺功能亢进症有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of radioactive iodum131 in treating hyperthyroidism.Methods 53 patients with hyperthyroid heart disease were treated with radioactive iodum131. The caring measure before and after the iodum131 treatment was introduced,including psychological and dietary caring,follow-up visit. Results After 12 months iodumted131 treatment, 39 cases were clinical healed ( healing rate 73.58% ), 10 cases (18. 87% )were remitted,4 cases (7. 55% )were inefficient, total effective rate was 92. 45%. Conclusion High quality caring has important clinical significance in safely and effectively developing iodum131 treating hyperthyroid. |
