| 摘 要： | 目的对质量优化前后的土鳖虫药材进行质量比较研究,分析质量优化前后土鳖虫的成分差异。方法按2005版《中国药典》一部附录ⅨH水分测定法第一法、附录ⅨK灰分测定法、附录ⅩA浸出物测定法对土鳖虫药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、水溶性浸出物等质量方面进行了研究,采用凯氏定氮法进行粗蛋白的测定,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱进行微量金属的测定。结果质量优化前后的土鳖虫药材的总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水分含量没有很大差异,符合《中国药典》中质量检查项规定。质量优化前后土鳖虫药材中粗蛋白含量和微量元素含量有明显差异。结论质量优化后的土鳖虫明显优于质量优化前,探索的优化养殖方法,为建立土鳖虫药材的生产质量管理规范提供了可供参考的数据资料。
