黏蛋白MUC-1 MUC-2和MUC-3在大肠癌中的表达与临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨MUC1、MUC2及MUC3在大肠癌组织中的表达与临床病理指标之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测60例结直肠癌及癌旁相对正常黏膜组织中MUC1、MUC2、MUC3的表达。结果:MUC1、MUC2、MUC3在癌旁相对正常黏膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为11.7%、100%、100%,MUC1、MUC2、MUC3在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为46.7%、60.0%、53.3%。黏蛋白MUC1的表达与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移、浸润深度和Dukes分期呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P〈0.05);黏蛋白MUC2和MUC3的表达与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移、浸润深度和Dukes分期呈负相关(P〈0.05),而与分化程度无关(P〉0.05)。结论:黏蛋白MUC1的表达上调和MUC2、MUC3的表达下调可能在结直肠癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用,因此黏蛋白MUC1、MUC2、MUC3可成为大肠癌的肿瘤标志物之一,对预后的判断有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between expressions of MUC1, MUC2 and MUC3 in colorectal neoplasm and clinicopathological parameters. Methods:The expression of MUC1, MUC2 and MUC3 in 60 cases of colorectal neoplasm and surrounding non - cancerous tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC). Results: The positive expression rates of MUC1, MUC2 and MUC3 in surrounding noncancerous tissue were 11.7 %, 100 %, 100 %, respectively; The positive expression rates of MUC1, MUC2 and MUC3 in col- orectal neoplasm tissue were 46.7 % ,60.0 %, 53.3 %, respectively. The expression of MUC1 was positive correlated to lymph node metastasis, depth of invasion and Dukes staging, but negative correlated to the degree of differentiation(P 〈 0.05) ; The expression of MUC2 and MUC3 were positive correlated to lymph node metastasis, depth of invasion and Dukes staging( P 〈 0.05), but unrelated to differentiation(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The up - regulation of MUC1 expression or down - regulation of MUC2 and MUC3 expression may be involved in carcinogenesis and progression in colorectal neoplasm, and the expression of MUC1, MUC2 and MUC3 may be new markers , which is very important to predict the prognosis.
