| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清前白蛋白（PA）、白蛋白（ALB）检测对肝病患者病情严重程度及预后评价的临床意义。方法：对45例肝病患者和30例健康体检者进行PA、ALB检测并进行比较。结果：肝硬化、肝癌组的血清PA、ALB水平显著低于健康组（P〈0.05）;肝炎组的血清PA和ALB水平与其余两肝病组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;血清PA与ALB敏感度有差异：PA〉ALB;各组肝病患者的血清PA与ALB检测水平均呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论：血清PA、ALB检测对判断肝病严重程度具有重要的指导意义,可作为肝病患者病情判断和预后判断的指标。与血清ALB相比,血清PA更能灵敏地反映肝细胞损害。
