纤维支气管镜肺灌洗在颅脑损伤后有创通气性肺炎中的应用

目的：应用纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗颅脑损伤后有创通气性肺炎。方法：选择符合标准的62例颅脑损伤后有创通气性肺炎患者,在常规治疗基础上,每周做2次纤维支气管镜（肾上腺素1 mg、0.9%氯化钠250 ml、丁胺卡钠0.4 g或敏感抗生素）肺灌洗治疗。于入院时和治疗后7 d行血氧饱和度监测、动脉血气分析、胸部X线检查并进行临床综合评定。结果：患者的血氧饱和度及动脉血氧分压较入院时明显改善（P〈0.05）,灌洗治疗后较治疗前显著改善（P〈0.01）,总有效率89%。结论：纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗颅脑损伤后有创通气性肺炎疗效确切、安全可靠,灌洗液配制简单,易于推广。
