| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆总管探查取石一期缝合术的方法、适应证及并发症。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2010年1月78例行腹腔镜胆总管探查取石一期缝合术患者的临床资料。结果 78例患者均成功完成腹腔镜胆总管探查取石一期缝合术,术后无结石残留。7例患者发生胆瘘,均经术中常规放置的腹腔引流管引流治愈;术后胰腺炎2例,经保守治疗后痊愈。结论腹腔镜胆总管探查取石一期缝合术是安全可行的,但必须严格掌握适应证。
