重度子痫前期胎盘病理变化对围生儿的影响

目的研究重度子痫前期胎盘病理变化及对围生儿的影响。方法选取正常孕妇20例及重度子痫前患者30例的胎盘，常规HE染色，观察胎盘形态学变化，同时对新生儿出生体重及阿普加评分进行分析。结果重度子痫前期组胎盘重量显著低于正常孕妇组（P〈0.05）。重度子痫前期组胎盘绒毛具有合体滋养细胞结节、胞滋养细胞和纤维素样坏死的绒毛数显著高于正常孕妇组（P〈0.05）。重度子痫前期组新生儿体重及阿普加分显著低于正常孕妇组（P〈0.05）。重度子痫前期组胎盘重量与新生儿体重呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论重度痫前期胎盘发生病理性改变，并对围生儿产生影响。

Clinical Study on Pathological Changes of Placenta in Severe Pre-eclampsia and the Effect on Neonate

Objective To study the effects of pathological changes of placenta in severe pre-eclampsia and the effect on neonate. Methods Placental samples were collected from 20 normal pregnant women and 30 women of severe pre-eclampsia. The tissue sections were assessed for morphological change with HE. Meanwhile, the neonate＇ s weight and Apgar score were analyzed. Results The weight of placenta in severe pre-eclampsia was significantly lower than the normal group （P 〈 0.05）. The numbers of the placental villi with the syncytial knots, cytotrophoblasts, and fibrinoid necrosis in severe pre-eclampsia were significantly higher than that of in the normal group （P 〈0.05）. The weight and Apgar score of neonate in severe pre-eclampsia was significantly lower than that of in the normal group （P 〈 0.05）. There was positive correlation between weight of placenta and the weight of neonate in severe pre-eclampsia （r =0.61, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The pathological changes of placenta in severe pre-eclampsia have effect on neonate.
