双黄连滴注液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的研究

目的：评价双黄连滴注液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效与安全性。方法：将316例急性上呼吸道感染患者随机分为3组，均给予阿齐霉素静脉滴入，在此基础上，A组加用双黄连滴注液，B组加用双黄连注射液，C组加用病毒唑注射液，疗程3-5天。结果：A组总有效率96．36％，B组总有效率94．23％，C组总有效率86．27％，不良反应发生率A组2．72％，B组10．58％，C组1．96％，A、B组疗效比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。A、C组疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：双黄连滴注液治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著，使用安全。

Clinical study of shuanghuanglian infusion in acute upper respiratory infection

Objective:To observe the effect and safety of shuanghuanglian infusion in the treatment of acute upper respiratory infection.Methods:316 patients with acute upper respiratory infction were diveded into three groups randomly,and all treated with azithromycin intravenous drip once a day for 3 to 5 days.Besides this,group A was added with shuanghuanglian intravenous drip,group G with shuanghuanglian intravenous drip and group c with ribvivin intravenous drip.Results:The effective rates of groups A?B and C were 96.36%,94.23% and 86.27% respectively,the incidence of adverse reaction of three groups was 2.72%,10.58% and 1.96% respectively.There was significant diffecrnce in the curative effect between groups A and C (P<0.05),but without significant difference between groups A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shuanghuanglian infusion in acute upper respiratory infction is safe,with good effect.
