烧伤病人呼吸、心跳聚停的原因及复苏分析

目的：探讨烧伤病人呼吸、心这的主要原因及进行有效复苏的主要措施，方法：对近五年来住院烧伤病人出现的26例共31次呼吸，心跳骤停的原因进行总结分析，且对采用的胸外按压、开胸心脏挤压、气管插管或切开、静推或心内推注三联针及头部降温等救措施做简便评价， 结果，本组复苏成功22例共27次，死亡4例，吸入性烧伤，严重体克，严重缺血、缺氧，复合脑外伤及麻醉意外等是出现呼吸、 心跳骤停的主要,鹕外按压，降解气道梗阻，供氧、合理使用三联针及升压，兴夯呼吸药等是复苏的有效措施。

The analysis of cause and resuscitation of cardiac arrest,respiratory arrest in burn patients

Objective: To research the main cause of cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest in burn patient and the measure of resuscitation. Method:26 patients who have cardiac arrest,respiratory arrest in burn center were analysed.Results:22 of the patients were alive and the others were died. Conclusion:The main cause resulting in cardiac arrest,respiratory arrest is inhalation burn ,severe shock,short of oxygen, brain trauma.The effective measure to treat is external chest compression,relief of airway obstruction,oxygen delivery and proper use of resuscitative drugs.
