多媒体医学显微诊断仪早期快速诊断小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染的研究

摘    要:目的探讨多媒体医学显微诊断仪(MCMDI)用于小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体(MP)感染的早期快速诊断及其准确性。方法取患儿末梢血20μL置玻片上,不加任何试剂,在MCMDI下直接观察粘附在宿主红细胞膜表面的MP形态及运动。同时进行血清MP特异性抗体IgM(MP-IgM)测定。疾病组108例,健康组30例。结果MCMD对MP检出率为80.6%,血清MP-IgM检出率为62.0%,并发现前者与血清MP-IgM检出结果存在高度相关关系(P<0.01),末梢血MP检出率与病程无关(P>0.05)。结论MCMDI可用于小儿呼吸道MP感染的早期快速诊断。

Abstract:Objective To study the rapid diagnosis and accuracy of MCMDI usedin respiratory infection with mycoplasma pneumoniae. Methods Collect terminal blood of patients 20μL on the glass, under multimedia computing microscopy diagnostic instrument, observe the shape and movement of mycoplasma pneumoniae adhered the surface of RBC. At the same time, measure Mp - IgM and CAT in serum. Results The positive rate of MP in terminal blood was 80.6% ,Mp- IgM was 62.0%. CAT was 55.5%. The positive rate of MP in terminal blood was positively correlated with the positive rate of MP - IgM in serum( P < 0.005 ), and had no correlation with the course of disease. Conclusions MCMDI can be applied to the rapid and early diagnosis of respiratory infection with mycoplasma pneumoniae.
