微波热凝治疗鼻衄501例疗效观察

目的：探讨微波热凝治疗鼻衄的疗效。方法：应用微波的热效应使粘膜组织内部升温扩展，达到凝固止血之目的。结果：５０１例鼻衄患经微波治疗后，４９７例出血即止，４例出血量减少。回访４６６例，有效４３６例（有效率９３．５６％）。结论：本法对鼻衄止血效果好，并具有操作简单、损伤小、安全、病人痛苦少等特点，为一高效而有临床价值的疗法。

Therapeutic Effect of Microwave Thermocoagulation on Nasal Hemorrhage in 501 Cases

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of microwave thermocoagulation on nasal hemorrhage. Method: Utilizing the heat effect of microwave to reach the goal of increasing the temperature within the tissue of mucous membrane and then stopping the bleeding. Results: 501 cases with nasal hemorrhage were administered the treatment of microwave thermocoagulation and the bleeding was stopped at once in 497. The blood amount decreased in 4 cases though the bleeding was not completely stopped. 466 cases were followed up after the treatment and 436 cases showed effective with 93.56% of the effective rate. Conclusions: The treatment of microwave thermocoagulation has a good therapeutic effect on nasal hemorrhage, which is safe and simple without much injures and pains. The treatment is a valuable method in the clinical practice.
