| 摘 要： | 本文报告了在4,510例十二指肠溃疡中有6例合并胃癌,检出率为0.13％。还分析了不同年龄发病的危险性,提出对高龄患者溃疡症状仍然活动时应警惕合并胃癌的可能。本文对胃酸抑制胃癌发生的作用、合并胃癌的部位及早期诊断进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Six of 4, 510 Patients with duodenal ulcer was associated with gastric cancer. The detection rate was 0.13%. The risk of gastric cancer in patients with duodenal ulcer was increased in the elderly. It is suggested that gastroscopy should be taken for all patients over the age of fifty with active ulcer symptoms. The value of gastric acid in the prevention of gastric cancer, the location of gastric cancer in patients with duodenal ulcer and its early diagnosis were discussed. |
