摘    要:目的:建立同时测定盐酸平阳霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为依利特Hypersil ODS2 C18,流动相为乙腈-水(28∶72,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为30.0℃,进样量为20μl。结果:盐酸平阳霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的检测质量浓度分别在0.032.10、0.022.10、0.021.10 mg/ml范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9、r=0.999 7);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤0.88%;平均加样回收率分别为100.05%、99.81%,RSD分别为0.77%、1.33%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可用于同时测定盐酸平阳霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of bleomycin hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Elite Hypersil ODS2 C18 column with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water (28 : 72, V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm and the column temperature was set at 30.0 ℃. The sample size was 20 μ1. RESULTS: The linear range of bleomyin hydro- chloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were 0.03-2.10 mg/ml (r=-0.999 9) and 0.02-1.10 mg/ml (r= 0.999 7), respectively. RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 0.88%. The average recoveries were 100.05% (RSD= 0.77%, n=9) and 99.81% (RSD=l.33%, n=9). CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and highly sensitive, which can simultaneously determine the contents of bleomycin hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate.
