心理干预与健康教育在高血压社区健康管理中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨心理干预与健康教育在高血压社区健康管理中的应用效果。方法选自2011年1月至2012年6月进入到我院进行治疗的高血压患者600例,将这600例患者随机分成2组,每组300例患者,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对对照组300例患者采取常规护理的方法,对观察组的300例患者在常规护理方法的基础上,采取心理干预和健康教育的方法,观察2组患者的临床护理效果。结果对照组采取常规护理的方法,在护理之前,患者的收缩压为(148.3±8.62)mm Hg,在护理后,患者的收缩压为(129.2±7.32)mm Hg。在护理前,患者的舒张压为(96.3±9.54)mm Hg,在护理后,患者的舒张压为(87.2±8.43)mm Hg。观察组在采用常规护理方法基础之上,采取心理干预和健康教育,在护理之前,患者的收缩压为(149.2±8.12)mm Hg,在护理之后,患者的收缩压为(126.2±6.14)mm Hg。在护理前,患者的舒张压为(94.2±9.32)mm Hg,在护理后,患者的舒张压为(84.3±7.41)mm Hg。在临床护理前后,观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压下降的程度明显的高于对照组。结论在对高血压患者进行健康管理的过程中,采用心理干预与健康教育的方法,能够提高健康管理的效果,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the application of psychological intervention in nursing care of patients with hypertension and health education effect. Methods From August 2012 to the hospital for treatment of 78 cases of hypertensive patients, 78 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 39 patients, named as the Observer Group and the control group. Routine nursing approach to the control group of 39 patients, Observer Group of 39 patients taking conventional treatments based on the method of psychological intervention and health education, and observe the effect of clinical nursing of 2 patients. Results Usual care approach to the control group, before the care, the patient's systolic blood pressure for(148.3±8.62), treatment, the patient's systolic blood pressure to(129.2±7.32). In front of the care, patients' diastolic blood pressure to(96.3±9.54), treatment, patients with diastolic blood pressure for(87.2±8.43). Observer groups based on the conventional methods of care, psychological intervention and health education, and prior to the nursing, the patient's systolic blood pressure to(149.2~8.12), after care, the patient's systolic blood pressure for(126.2±6.14). In front of the care, the diastolic blood pressure in patients with(94.2±9.32), treatment, patients with diastolic blood pressure for (84.3±7.41). In clinical nursing, observer groups in patients with systolic and diastolic pressure declined markedly higher than the control group. Conclusion In the process of nursing care in patients with hypertension, using methods of psychological intervention and health education, to improve the effectiveness of care, and clinical extension.
