CT立体定位引导微创穿刺颅内血肿清除术与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察CT立体定位引导微创穿刺颅内血肿清除术与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效,以供参考。方法选择我院高血压脑出血患者75例,随机分组。A组接受开颅手术,B组接受CT立体定位引导微创穿刺颅内血肿清除术。对比两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分、住院时间、治疗费用的差异性。结果对比两组患者神经功能缺损评分发现,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与A组对比发现,B组住院时间较短,治疗费用较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT立体定位引导微创穿刺颅内血肿清除术与开颅手术对高血压脑出血均可取得良好的治疗效果,前者恢复快、花费低,具有更大的临床优势。

Abstract:Objective Observe CT stereotactic guided minimally invasive intracranial hematoma and craniotomy surgery operation in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Choose 75, randomly group. Group A given operation, group B given CT stereotactic guided minimally invasive. Compared the neurological deficit scores, duration of hospitalization, treatment costs. Results Compared neural function defect, no statistically significant difference between groups (P〉0.05). Compared with group A, group B has shorter hospital stay, lower the cost of treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion CT guided minimally invasive stereotactic iutracmuial hematoma and craniotomy operation have good effect, the former fast recovery, low cost, has the advantage of greater clinical.
