| 摘 要： | 目的了解南通市高中生抑郁情绪的发生情况并探讨其影响因素,为中学生心理健康教育与咨询提供依据。方法采用Beck抑郁自评问卷,对南通市高中生3 798名进行调查。结果高中生抑郁情绪的检出率为25.5%。非条件Logistic回归分析结果提示,抑郁情绪与家庭结构、同伴关系、家庭关系、年级及学校类型等变量有关。结论改善人际关系、减轻学习负担有利于降低高中生抑郁情绪的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevalence of depression and the influencing factors among senior middle school students in Nantong,and to provide evidence for their mental health education and the counseling.Methods A total of 3 798 senior middle school students were investigated by using Beck Depression Inventory(BDI).Results The prevalence of depression was 25.5%.Logistic regression analysis revealed that depression was associated with family structure,peer relationship,family relationship,grade and type of school.Conclusion Improving the personal relationship and releasing study pressure can decrease the incidence of depression for senior middle school students. |
