布托啡诺静脉与硬膜外持续输注用于剖宫产术后镇痛的比较

摘    要:【目的】评价布托啡诺持续静脉输注用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果和安全性。【方法]100例择期剖宫产患者随机分入布托啡诺静脉持续输注镇痛组(试验组)和布托啡诺复合罗哌卡因硬膜外持续输注镇痛组(对照组),每组50例,比较两组病人术后6h、12h、24h、48h视觉模拟评分(VAS)和镇静评分、患者总体满意度、术后24h、48h、72h新生儿神经适应能力评分(NACS)、肛门排气时间、产后泌乳时间及不良反应发生率。【结果】两种镇痛方法术后各时间点VAS评分、镇静评分、患者总体满意度、NACS评分、肛门排气时间、泌乳时间均无统计学差异(P〉0.05)对照组总体不良反应发生率高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。【结论】剖宫产术后应用布托啡诺静脉持续输注镇痛安全、有效。

Abstract:Objective] To evaluate the analgesia effects and safety of continuous intravenous butorphanol on patients undergoing caesarean section. Methods] A total of 100 patients scheduled for elective caesarean section were randomly divided into two groups. Group V (n=50) received continuous venous analgesia with butorphanol and Group E received continuous epidural analgesia with butorphanol and ropivacaine. The VAS score, sedation score, patients satisfaction rate, the time of passage of gas by anus, the time of lactation and incidence of side effects were compared between two groups. Results] The VAS score, sedation score, patients satisfaction rate, the time of passage of gas by anus and lactescense had no significant difference between the two groups ( P〉0. 05), but the total incidence of side effects in Group E was higher than that in Group V ( P〈0.05).Conclusion]Caesarean postoperative continuous intravenous butorphanol analgesia is safe and effective.
