利培酮与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果比较

①目的　探讨利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床效果及副作用。②方法　采用利培酮和氯氮平治疗精神分裂症各４０ 例，应用 Ｐ Ａ Ｎ Ｓ Ｓ， Ｔ Ｅ Ｓ Ｓ量表评定其疗效及副作用。③结果　氯氮平和利培酮总体疗效相当（ｕｃ＝ １．３７， Ｐ＞ ０．０５），对阳性症状的疗效基本一致（ｔ＝ １．２６～１．６５， Ｐ＞ ０．０５），对阴性症状的疗效，利培酮优于氯氮平（ｔ＝２．７８～３．１２， Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。利培酮主要副作用是轻微的锥体外系反应。④结论　利培酮能够有效地控制精神分裂症的阴性及阳性症状，并且副作用轻微，安全性高。

THE COMPARISON OF EFFECTS OF RISPERIDONE AND CLOZAPINE IN THE TEATMENT OF SCHIZOPHRENIA

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and side effects of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 80 cases of schizophrenia inpatients were divided into two groups: risperidone group ( n =40) and clozapine group ( n =40). The clinical effects and side effects were evaluated with scales of PANSS and TESS. Results There were no significant differences between risperidone and clozapine in the total clinical effects and in the effects on positive symptoms ( t=1.26- 1.65 , P >0.05 ), whereas in the effects on negative symptoms risperidone was better than clozapine ( t=2.78-3.12,P<0.01). The major side effect of risperidone was slight EPS. Conclusion Risperidone can effectively and safely control positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia and has a slight side effect.;
