儿童发声障碍评估和多媒体语训矫治效果的研究

目的研究4～14岁嗓音异常（主要为声嘶）儿童的病因、病变及不同的治疗方法，对比多媒体语训效果。方法 筛选180例4～14岁声带小结儿童，采用嗓音疾病评估议（vocal assessment version 4．0）对受试者进行声学和电声门图检测，并在治疗前后做了喉内窥镜检查或纤维喉镜检查，以进行图像的对比分析，将确诊为声带小结的180例患儿分成3个组，语训组（A）、语训加服药组（B）、服药组（C）。结果A组总有效率为96．6%，B组总有效率为98．4％，C组为36．9％，A组与C组比较两者有显著性差异（P1=0.00〈0．05）；B组与C组比较差异也有统计学意义（p2=0．00〈0．05）。结论 儿童发声障碍应用多媒体语训矫治，效果显著。

The assessment of voicing disorders in children and the efficacy of the multimedia intervention

Objective To study the etiology, pathology and intervention therapy of voicing disorders mainly exhibited as hoarseness in children from 4 to 14 years old. The effects of the utilization of multimedia intervention are conducted in comparative paradigm. Methods 180 children with voicing disorders from 4 to 14 years old were randomly divided into 3 groups： Group A with speech training, Group B with speech training plus medication, and Group C with medication only. Acoustic and electroglottograph tests for the children were conducted with voicing assessment device, vocal assessment version 4.0. Fibrolaryngoscopy and/or eletrolaryngoscopy tests were administered in all 3 groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rates of group A, B, C were 96.6%, 98.4% and 36.9%, respectively. There were statistically significant differences between Groups A and C （P1=0.00〈0.05）, Group B and C （P2=0.00〈0.05） via Chi Square test. Conclusion Multimedia speech therapy has notable treatment effects in helping children with voicing disorders.
