笑气联合米索前列醇在人工流产中的应用观察

目的:探讨笑气联合米索前列醇用于人工流产的临床效果。方法:选择300例孕6周～10周要求人工流产的无分娩史的孕妇随机分为观察组及对照组各150例,观察组:术前2h口服米索前列醇吸入笑气,对照组不用米索前列醇,单纯吸入笑气。观察两组患者的镇痛效果、宫颈口松驰情况、人工流产综合征及术中出血量。结果:两组间镇痛效果,宫颈口松驰情况,人工流产综合征差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组优于对照组;术中出血量两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:笑气联合米索前列醇用于人工流产术可提高镇痛效果,增加宫口松驰度,降低人工流产综合征发生,方法简便安全。

Observation of the Application of Laughing Gas Combined with Misoprostol in Induced Abortion

Methods 300 examples are pregnant 6-10 week request induced abortion＇s non-childbirth history pregnant woman to divide into the observation group and control group each 150 examples stochastically only, the observation group： before the technique, the 2 h oral administration misoprostol mellow inspiration laughing gas, the control group does not need misoprostol, inhales the laughing gas purely. Observes two group of patient＇s analgesic effects,in the palace throat opening loose situation,the induced abortion syndrome and the technique the volume of blood. Results Two group of analgesic effects, the palace throat opening loose situation ,the induced abortion syndrome has the significance difference （P 〈 0.01 ）, the observation group surpasses the control group ; In technique volume of blood two groups of non-significance difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The laughing gas union misoprostol uses in the induced abortion technique being possible mellowly to enhance the analgesic effect,increases palace mouth loose, reduces the induced abortion syndrome occurrence, the method simple security.
