| 摘 要： | 用ＧｎＲＨａ－ＦＳＨ－ｈＭＧ－ｈＣＧ方案控制性超排卵进行体外受精与胚胎移植（ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ）治疗７８例不孕患者，在ｈＣＧ注射前抽血用放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）测孕酮（Ｐ）水平。初步了解ｈＣＧ注射时血孕酮水平与ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ结果的关系。结果，当Ｐ〈０．３５μｇ／Ｌ时９例中无１例妊娠，而０．３５≤Ｐ≤０．９μｇ／Ｌ组（５４例）与Ｐ〉０．９μｇ／Ｌ组（１５例）的妊娠率分别为２２．６％及２６．７％，但三组间无显著差
