安徽省2004年医疗机构法定传染病漏报调查

目的了解安徽省2004年各级医疗部门传染病报告情况,为提高我省传染病疫情报告质量提供依据。方法采用查阅资料、核实数据和现场考核相结合的方法调查。结果1~10月法定报告的甲、乙、丙类传染病和其他性传播疾病28种,总报告率92.56%,及时率79.82%,漏报率7.47%。结论需进一步加强《传染病防治法》及其实施办法的学习,增强相关人员法律意识,提高传染病报告质量。

Investigation of Case Missing Report Situation of Medical Institutions in Anhui Province in 2004

Objective To understand report situation of infectious disease cases in hospitals at various levels in 2004 in Anhui province so as to provide basis for improving case report quality.Methods Review of report data and inspection on site were used.Results 28 legal infectious diseases including class A, B, C and other venereal diseases were reported from January to October. Total report rate was 92.56%. Timely report rate was 79.82%. Missing report rate was 7.47%.Conclusions Awareness of related staff to the law should be improved by learning the law of infectious disease control and prevention in order to improve the report quality further.
