急性面神经炎综合治疗的瞬目反射评价

目的观察综合治疗面神经炎的疗效及瞬目目反射特点。方法使用肾上腺皮质激素、改善微循环、营养神经等药物配合黄鳝血、理疗、针灸及高压氧等综合治疗,同时发病第1、3、4周行瞬目反射检查。结果所选36例病例第4周时瞬目反射检测见轻度损害13例均治愈,重度损害在3～4周内出现R1波的19例中,15例治愈。结论药物治疗配合早期高压氧疗、黄鳝血外搽及抗病毒以及1周后针灸等综合治疗,值得推广。而瞬目反射对判断面神经炎的疗效和预后有重要意义。

Conclusions The comprehensive cures are worth extending of medicine cure cooperated hyperbaric oxygen cure early, fieefield blood for external application, The using antivirotie, The treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion at the one week later. As well as blink reflex has major meaning on determing efficacy and prognosis of the facial nerve phlegmasia.
