羊水过少NST监护图形特征及围产儿结局

摘    要:目的:探讨羊水过少无宫缩电子胎心监护(NST)图形特征与羊水过少孕妇分娩的围产儿结局的关系。方法:回顾性分析2005年6月~2007年5月我院足月单胎头位分娩产妇中羊水过少82例NST监护的波形,并随机抽取同期分娩的羊水正常孕妇82例作为对照;所有孕妇均在产前1~2d进行NST监护20~40min,对比分析NST监护波形及围产儿结局,所有病例均无其他病理因素。结果:羊水过少组中,NST监护以基线变异消失以及一过性减速等异常常见,剖宫产率增加、新生儿窒息率及病死率增高。结论:羊水过少孕妇产前行NST监护,有助于及时发现胎儿窘迫的危险信号,基线变异消失或NST一过性减速与新生儿窒息的发生相关。

Abstract:Objective:To approach the relationship between wave-form of monitoring fetal heart non-stress test(NST) in oligohydramnios and newborn outcome.Methods:Monitoring of NST wave-form of oligohydramnios in 82 cases from June lst,2005 to May 31st 2007,was performed and analyzed,and 82 cases of normal amount of amniotic fluid in the same period were at random used as control.All these pregnant women were monitored NST 20 to 40 minutes before 1 to 2 days of delivery,then the monitoring wave-form and newborn outcome were analyzed and compared with the normal control.All cases had no any other element of pathology.Results:Variation of NST basic line died away decelerated naturally,which were commonly met with,so caesarean birth rate arose,the choke rate and fatality rate of newborn went up.Conclusion:Dangerous signals of fetal distress in time among oligohydramnios cases can be discovered by analyzing the monitoring of NST wave-form.The disappearance of basic line variation or NST transient decleration is related to neonatorum asphyxia.
