骨诱导活性材料用于牙槽嵴保存的动物实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究骨诱导活性材料引导犬前牙区拔牙窝新骨形成的能力.材料及方法 将Beagle犬随机分为A、B、C3组,每组两只.微创拔除犬下颌双侧第一侧切牙,A组填入骨诱导活性材料,B组填入羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷,C组空置(对照).在术后4、12周制取实验样本,进行标本测量及组织学分析.结果 术后4周,AB两组新骨形成量较C组多,A组与B组宽度及高度骨量吸收程度均低于对照组,且A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义;术后12周,AB两组新骨形成量明显多于C组,牙槽嵴宽度A组较B组吸收程度低,差异有统计学意义,但AB两组间高度吸收无统计学意义.结论 骨诱导活性材料(OAM)具有良好的位点保存效果.

Experimental Research of Animal on Alveolar Ridge Preservation with Osteoinduction Active Material

Abstract:Objective To study the new bone formation ability of the osteoinduction active material in the anterior teeth area socket.Methods The Beagle dogs were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,each group of two.The first lateral incisor of both sides from the lower jaw will be extracted using minimal invasive surgery.For group A,osteoinduction active material will be used.For group B,Hydroxyapatite Bioceramics will be used.Group C will be left untreated (Control).For making sample in 4 weeks later and 12 weeks later after surgery,make specimen measurement and histologic analysis.Results Four weeks after operation,AB two groups have more amount of new bone formation than in group C.The group A and B average degree of bone absorption significantly lower than that of control group,and group A lower group B.They have differences are statistically significant.Twelve weeks after operation,AB two groups have more amount of new bone formation than in group C.The group A degree of bone absorption significantly lower than group B,the difference has statistically significant.But the high absorption has no statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion The bone induction activity material has good effect in the site preservation.
