养血清脑颗粒对慢性脑供血不足患者认知功能障碍的影响

的探讨养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效及对认知功能及脑血流的影响。方法将80例慢性脑供血不足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组口服养血清脑颗粒，每次4g，每日3次；对照组口服复方丹参片，每次4片，每日3次，疗程为12周。治疗前后进行疗效评价，同时给予蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）、简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）、长谷川痴呆量表（HDS）评分，观察治疗前后脑血流量的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为82．5％，对照组总有效率为67．5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后MoCA、MMSE、HDS得分较治疗前比较均有明显改善，与对照组治疗后比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后脑血流量较治疗前比较均有明显改善，与对照组治疗后比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足患者，对认知功能障碍及脑血流均有改善，且安全有效。

Effects of Yangxue Qingnao Granule on Cognitive Impairment in Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao granule（YQG） on cognitive impairment in patients with chron- ic cerebral circulation insufficiency （CCCI）. Methods Eighty patients with CCCI were randomly divided into two groups： Control group（n=40） treated with compound Danshen tablet,and treatment group（n 40）treated with YQG for 12 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment by Montreal cognitive assessment scale（MoCA）, Mini Mental Status Examination（MMSE）, Hasegawa Dementia Scale（HDS）. The change of cerebral blood flow was observed. Results The total effective rate was 82. 5% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group（67.5 %, P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of MoCA, MMSE, HDS scale and the flow of cerebral blood were improved（P〈0.05） in treatment group,which was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion YQG can improve the cerebral blood flow and cognitive impairment in patients with CCCI.
