间苯三酚与地西泮在加速产程进展及其对母婴结局影响的对比研究

目的 探讨间苯三酚与地西泮在加速产程进展中的作用及其对母婴安全性的影响.方法 将126例活跃期停滞的初产妇分为间苯三酚组（n=42）、地西泮组（n=42）及对照组（n=42）.观察3组孕妇宫颈成熟度、产程时间、分娩结局.结果 对照组宫颈成熟率为38.09％,地西泮为71.43％,间苯三酚组为90.48％,3组宫颈成熟率具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）.与对照组相比,间苯三酚组、地西泮组剖宫产率、产后出血率、胎儿窘迫率、新生儿窒息率较低,而新生儿阿氏评分高（P＜0.05）,而间苯三酚组与地西泮组相比剖宫产率较低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 间苯三酚与地西泮均能在一定程度上改善患者宫颈条件,加速产程进展,改善妊娠结局,但与地西泮相比,间苯三酚加速产程进展上效果更显著,值得临床应用.

Comparative Study of Phloroglucinol with Diazepam in Accelerating the Progress of Labor and Its Impact on Maternal and Neonatal Outcomes

The cervical ripening of control group was 38.09% , diazepam group was 71.43% phloroglucinol group was 90.48%. The rate of cervical ripening of three groups were significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The active period, the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, total process time of phloroglucinol group and diazepam group were shorter than the diazepam group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, asphyxia of phloroglucinol group and diazepam group were lower than control group. The neonatal Apgar score were higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while the cesarean rate of phloroglucinol group were lower than diazepam groups（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Phloroglucinol with diazepam can to a certain extent improve, accelerate the progress and improve pregnancy outcomes in patients with cervical conditions. But compared with diazepam,phloroglucinol accelerated the progress of the more significant effect. It is worth clinical applications.
