摘 要: | 目的 测量世居高原藏汉回族健康大学生的颅腔体积的大小,对比分析高原不同民族间、性别间的颅腔体积差异,同时为建立国人标准脑而提供高原健康青年人参考数据.方法 采用Siemens Skyra 3.0T,选取世居高原藏汉回族大学生各30人,其中男性15人,女性15人,共90名,年龄18~ 22岁.所有受试者均进行三维磁化强度预备梯度回波序列T1WI进行图像采集,并对测量结果进行族别间的方差分析和性别间的t检验.结果 藏族男、女性颅腔体积大小分别为3117.2268±211.8688cm3、2712.5343±250.0785cm3;汉族男、女性颅腔体积大小分别为2995.7108±139.4491cm3、2681.9714±187.8033cm3;回族男、女性颅腔体积大小分别为3207.4151±267.5749cm3、2761.2630±168.7913cm3.颅腔体积大小在性别上的差异具有统计学意义(P值均为0.000),在民族间对比分析中,汉、回男性颅腔体积大小的差异具有统计学意义,余各民族间颅腔体积大小的差异无统计学意义.结论 男性颅腔容积普遍大于女性,可能与男女性别的生理因素有关-回族男性颅腔容积大于汉族男性,是否与民族遗传基因差异有关,目前无相关文献报道,原因有待于进一步研究;对世居高原藏汉回族青年人颅腔体积进行准确测量,不仅可以为高海拔地区人标准脑容积数据建立提供藏汉回族青年人数据,而且可为进一步开展颅内结构民族间差异性分析提供标准化处理的基础数据.

Abstract: | Objective To measure the Plateau Tibetan and Han Hui college students' cranial cavity size,comparative analysis of cranial volume differences between different ethnic groups and sexes,and it can provide reference data about healthy young in the plateau for establishing the standard brain people.Methods Using the Siemens skyra 3.0T select the Plateau Tibetan and Han Hui college students each ethnic has 30 people,including 15 males,15 females,in total 90,age range 18-22 years.All subjects underwent three-dimensional magnetization prepared rapid acquisition gradient echo sequence of T1 WI image acquisition,and t test analysis of variance and sex workers don't between the measurement results.Results The Tibetan male and female cranial volume were 3117.2268 ± 211.8688cm3,2712.5343 ± 250.0785cm3; Han nationality male and female cranial volume were 2995.7108 ± 139.4491cm3,2681.9714 ± 187.8033cm3 ; Hui male and female cranial volume were 3207.4151 ± 267.5749cm3,2761.2630 ± 168.7913cm3.There were significant differences in the gender of the cranial cavity volume (all P =0.000),after analyzing the national comparison,the difference between Han male skull size and Hui male skull size was statistically significant,there was no significant difference between other different groups.Conclusion Male cranial volume larger than female cranial volume,consider this difference could be related to the physiological and gender factors; Hui male cranial volume greater than the cranial cavity volume whether males of Han nationality,ethnic factors,remains to be further studied; the Plateau Tibetan and Han Hui youth cranial volume measurement accuracy,not only can establish Plateau Tibetan and Han Hui the standard brain youth volume data,but also can cause the differences in the development of intracranial structure provides the basis of standardization of data processing for comparative analysis between national high altitude hypoxia tolerance. |
