多种铁剂治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨多种铁剂治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效差异.方法 选取笔者医院在2011年12月-2013年12月小儿健康体检发现300例缺铁性贫血患儿,随机分为A组、B组、C组、D组和E组5组,每组60例,分别给予蛋白琥珀酸铁、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸亚铁和琥珀酸亚铁进行治疗.治疗结束后统计对比治疗结果和不良反应.结果 各组患儿在治疗前后临床各项指标的改善情况有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;A组和E组在治疗后的显效率、血常规和铁代谢的各项指标上均显著优于其他各组（P＜0.05）;不良反应发生率从低到高为A组、E组、C组、D组和B组,各组间均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在多种铁剂治疗小儿缺铁性贫血中,蛋白琥珀酸铁在临床疗效方面和不良反应方面均最为理想,值得在临床上加以推广和应用.

Clinical Observation of Diverse Chalybeate Treatment of Iron Deficiency Anemia in Children

Objective To explore clinical efficacy differences of diverse chalybeate treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods From December 2011 to December 2013 in author＇s hospital children health examination,300 children of iron deficiency anemia were randomly divided into A,B,C and D group.They were given proteinsuccinylate oral iron,oral ferrous sulfate tablets,oral ferrous fumarate tablets,oral ferrous gluconate and oral ferrous succinate tablets.After treatment for 4 weeks,treatment results and adverse reactions were compared.Results Children in each group had significantly differente（P ＜ 0.05） improvement in clinical indicators before and after treatment.Childern in A and E group were significantly better than the other groups （P ＜ 0.05） in efficiency indicators significantly after treatment,blood and iron metabolism.Incidence of adverse reactions from low to high was the A group,E group,C and D group,and group B.It had statistically significant differences between the groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion In the diverse chalybeate treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children,proteinsuccinylate oral iron has the best effect and the least adverse reactions,can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
