| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PICC导管用于肿瘤化疗不同疗程的护理效果。方法收集肿瘤化疗第一个疗程时用PICC导管输液的患者,有25例,为Ⅰ组,第三个疗程时用PICC导管输液的患者,有38例,为Ⅱ组,观察两组穿刺置管次数、操作时间、留置时间以及是否发生静脉炎。结果Ⅰ组平均操作时间较Ⅱ组明显缩短(P<0.05);I组静脉炎总发生率较II组有极显著差异(P<0.01);两组穿刺置管总成功率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在患者接受肿瘤化疗第一个疗程时用PICC导管的护理效果较好。
