鞍区Rathke囊肿的诊断与治疗

目的探讨鞍区Rathke囊肿的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析38例经手术和病理证实的鞍区Rathke囊肿患者的临床资料。结果随诊半年～7年，术后26例头痛患者中24例得到不同程度缓解，24例视力视野障碍患者中22例得到改善。结论鞍区Rathke囊肿临床症状多样，术前明确诊断较困难。MRI检查的诊断价值优于CT。显微外科手术是治疗本病的有效方法。

Diagnosis and therapy of Rathke's cleft cysts in the sella

Objective To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic methods of Rathke's cleft cysts(RCCs)in the sella.Methods Clinical data of 38 patients(15 male,23 female;mean age,34.6 years)who were diagnosed as RCCs intra-operatively or pathologically were retrospectively analyzed.The most common presenting symptoms were head pain(26 cases),endocrine disturbance(18 cases),visual disorder(14 cases)and visual field impairment(12 cases).All the patients were treated with microneurosurgery through transsphenoidal or transcranial approach.Results In follow-up ranging from 0.5 to 7 years,24 cased were released from headaches and 22 cases from visual or field impairments.Conclusion Preoperative definite diagnosis for RCCs in the sella is difficult because of the variety of clinical manifestations,but the MRI examination is superior to CT scan in the diagnosis.As for the treatment of RCCs patients,the microsurgical operation is effective to gain satisfactory outcomes.
