超声诊断中耳疾病的探讨及临床应用研究

目的：三研究拟于外耳道置一超声可以探测的透声窗做为介质，形成界面，产生反射，得到超声图像使中耳结构能名清晰显示。方法：为克服中耳腔与外耳道所充盈的所体对超声检测的干扰，首先要改变检测环境和条件，变气体充盈为液体注解盈。利用慢性中耳炎患者遗留的鼓膜穿孔。向中耳滴入液体介质，使之充盈于中耳鼓室腔和外耳道，建立超声检测透声窗刊物超声检测。结果：通过３１例中耳疾病病例与Ｘ线、手术及病理对照，超声诊断符合率

Ultrasonography Diagnosis of Middle Ear disease

Objective:Application of ultrasound in diagnosis of middle ear disease (MED). Methods: In order to reduce the air interference that exists in external meatus and middle ear cavity, and to get an ultrasound detectable enviroment and condition, a kind liquid medium was dropped into the middle ear through the perforated tampanic membrane already caused by chronic middle ear otitis. External meatus and middle ear cavity filled liquid with medium, an ultrasound detectable window was created. Results:Ultrasound and X ray examined 31 patients with middle ear disease. Both the results were compared with operation and pathology, ultrasound coincidence rate is higher than X ray.Conclusion:We provide evidences of margaritoma, normal or damaged auditory ossicles.
